The application for the request of the Hotel/Motel funds for Fiscal year 2025 are now available online at the Townofbath.org under the Government tab – forms or, in the office located at 271 Wilkes Street. These need to be completed and returned no later than February 29th, 2024. The Chapter 7, Article 18. Hotel Occupancy Tax code has a section that explains what permissible expenditures are.
