The Town and BSWW office will be closed tomorrow June,20th in observance of West Virginia Day, this is a state holiday in the US state of West Virginia. Celebrated annually on June 20, the day celebrates the state's 1863 admission to the Union as a result of the secession of several northwestern counties of Virginia during the American Civil War.

BSWW will be holding a Source Water Protection Plan Meeting tomorrow at the beginning of the council meeting. All are welcome to attend or you can watch the live stream on Morgan County Live Stream Facebook page.

Early voting for the Town of Bath election started this morning at 9 AM and will close at 5 PM In the Municipal building at 271 Wilkes St. it will run from May 29, 2019 to June 8, 2019 with no Sunday voting.

The Town and BSWW office will be closed Monday 5/27/19 in observance of Memorial Day. This is a federal holiday in the United States for remembering and honoring people who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. The holiday, which is currently observed every year on the last Monday of May, was most recently held on May 28, 2018. Memorial Day was previously observed on May 30 from 1868 to 1970.
