Request for Contractor Services – Mausoleum Repairs

The Town of Bath Cemetery Management & Maintenance Incorporated is seeking contractor bids to perform exterior repairs to the mausoleum located in the Greenway Cemetery in the Town of Bath, WV. The repairs will consist of removal and replacement and sealing of the upper façade blocks, caps and end columns, and in-place restoration and sealing of the existing attached concrete matrix on the front side of the mausoleum.

Qualified contractors must have a current WV Contractor License, and must provide written details of at least three similar and/or relevant projects that you have completed during the past five years.

Attendance is recommended, but not mandatory at the May 24, 2023, 4 pm job showing in the Greenway Cemetery in the Town of Bath, WV. The Mausoleum is located off Greenway Drive and Greenway Trail. Coordinates of the Mausoleum are: North 39.617878 Deg and West 78.227250 Deg.
