The application for the request of the Hotel/Motel funds for the Fiscal year 2023 are now available online at the Townofbath.org under the Government tab – forms or, in the office located at 271 Wilkes Street. These need to be completed and returned no later than February 28^th, 2022. The Chapter 7, Article 18. Hotel Occupancy Tax code has a section that explains what permissible expenditures are. You will be required to identify which permissible expenditure category covers your request. A copy of the code is also located on the webpage.
