The Warm Springs Watershed Association is sponsoring a Rain Garden Workshop, Tuesday November 10, from 10am to 1pm on Congress Street in downtown Berkeley Springs. Learn about the Rain Gardens on Congress Street, a Town of Bath public works project, funded in part by a WV Chesapeake Bay Implementation grant.
