FILING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bath will accept applications for candidates for the election of Mayor, Recorder and five (5) Council Members beginning April 1, 2023 through April 12, 2023 at 5pm. Election to be held Tuesday June 13, 2023.

Officers must be a minimum of 18 years of age, have been a Town of Bath resident for over a year and not be under conviction of a felony or other disqualification.

Municipal Candidate’s Certificate of Announcement application form can be found on the website under the Government – Forms Tab. Or picked up from the Town Hall 271, Wilkes Street, Berkeley Springs WV 25411. Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. A non-refundable filing fee of $5.00 applies.
