Town of Bath Municipal Court is held the 3rd Wednesday of every other month starting at 9am in the Town of Bath Municipal Center located at 271 Wilkes Street Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. The Court date should be printed on the bottom of your citation. Please call 304-258-1102 if you have any questions.
