DRINKING WATER PROBLEM CORRECTED
Customers of Berkeley Springs Water Works In the area of US522 South from Sheetz to Ridersville Cycle that were notified on 2/26/2024 of a problem with our drinking water and were advised to boil water before use. We are pleased to report that the problem has been corrected and it is no longer necessary to boil water before use. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

The Berkeley Springs Water Works operators are still working the water line break situation from yesterday on US 522 and Rt 13. The boil water alert is still in effect until further notice. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 304-258-1290. The areas that are affected are from Sheetz down to RIdersville Cycle and developments just off US 522.

Berkeley Springs Water has been aware of a water line break on US 522 by Winchester Grade Road that affects Valley Road South. If you are affected by this, we ask that you boil the water for drinking and cooking until further notice. Phone calls will be going out to the affected residents to notify them of the boil alert.
