Bid Request for Mowing

Sealed Bids Due: April 5, 2024

The Town of Bath Cemetery Corporation is seeking mowing services for Greenway Cemetery in Berkeley Springs, WV. Mowing will commence April 15 and will continue until August 31, 2024.

The cemetery is about 20 acres and takes approximately 50 to 60 hours to completely mow and trim. The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment, including fuel. The contractor shall mow the grounds and trim around monuments whenever grass reaches 3 inches in height. Town crews may assist with some trimming. Dry conditions may reduce the amount of mowing during summer.

The selected contractor must provide proof of West Virginia Contractor and Bath business licenses and proof of general liability insurance prior to contract award.

The Town of Bath Cemetery Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A contract may be canceled at any time for any reason after written notice is provided.
