The Town of Bath Cemetery Corporation is seeking to hire a contractor to mow and weed Greenway Cemetery from April 17, 2023, through September 1, 2023. The cemetery is about 20 acres. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials, including gas and equipment. The contractor shall mow and weed Greenway Cemetery each week, performing the contractor’s duties within 60 hours. The selected contractor must provide proof of WV and Bath business licenses and proof of general liability insurance before the contractor’s work can begin. The selected contractor will be expected to conduct operations in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. The Town of Bath Cemetery Corporation may cancel the contract at any time for any reason after written notice.
