Bath Seeks to Hire Mowing Company

The Town of Bath is accepting proposals from local contractors to mow and weed Greenway Cemetery for this summer.  Greenway is 20 acres of hilly ground and is located in Bath off U.S. 522. The contractor shall agree to mow the 20 acres of Greenway each week weather permitting. As an independent contractor, the company shall set its own hours to work, use its own equipment and fuel, and use its own crew. The contract will run from April 12 through September 2. Workers must be respectful of graves and ornamental trees in the cemetery. Proposals can be mail to or dropped off at Bath Town Hall, Attn: Sharron Corrick, 271 Wilkes St., Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. Proposals may also be emailed to townofbath@wvdsl.net.
