Town of Bath and Berkeley Springs Water Works Customers:

We understand that many of you have reached out regarding the delayed receipt of this month’s Water Bill. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please know that the Water Bills were printed and handed off to the Post Office on March 31^st. As a reminder, payment for your bill is due by the 20^th of each month. After this date, a penalty will be applied, and Termination Notices are mailed out, indicating the date of service disconnection.

If you have not received your Water Bill by the 15^th, we encourage you to contact our office at 304-258-1290 to inquire about your bill amount. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit us in person, and we will be happy to print a copy of your bill for you. Additionally, the Town of Bath’s quarterly Garbage Bills were also mailed on March 31^st. If you have not received this bill, please do not hesitate to contact our office for assistance. As with the Water Bills, payment for the Garbage Bills is due by the 20^th, with a penalty applied on the 21^st. Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to resolve this matter.
