Work has begun to complete the demolition of the remnants of the once beautiful building on Fairfax Street. The project is estimated to take around three weeks to complete. This building has seen a lot over the course of its life. It was home to many residents over the years and provided business opportunity and storefront to various businesses including Joe and Linda's beloved Homeopathy Works. The building was a prominent part of Berkeley Springs history and will truly be missed.

Just a friendly reminder, the volunteer meeting is next Wednesday at 5pm at Town Hall. We look forward to meeting you! There are many ways to contribute and make a huge difference. Even if manual labor is something you may not be able to contribute, there are plenty of other ways we could really use your help! Please come join us in our mission to improve and beautify Greenway for visitors as well as those we go there to visit.

Here is a chance to be part of the election process! Town of Bath is currently seeking residents to serve as poll workers and alternatives for the upcoming election. Per WV Code 3-1-46 they will be paid at a rate of $25 for training and $100 for Election Day. Residents of the Town of Bath will be selected first, however if there are not enough interested residents in the Town of Bath, Morgan County residents can fulfill the duty of poll worker. If this is something you would like to do, please contact or stop by Town Hall.

As we prepare for inclement weather, please keep in mind the parking ordinance and move vehicles where required so that crews may keep the streets clean. The parking ordinance may be found on townofbath.org under "about the town" and then "announcements". Also, please keep in mind the sidewalk ordinance and do your part to keep them clean and accessible in your area. The sidewalk ordinance can be found at http://townofbath.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Chapter-66-Streets.pdf

townofbath.org is getting a face lift! We should have a lot more options for posting and organizing information on the new site. The web address will remain the same. Please be patient. It will take us a little time to get everything in order once the new site is launched.

Its time to put on the gloves again and come together to get our community cleaned up and safe for everyone. Please go to the event page and share it with your friends or groups that may be interested. This is great project for groups of any age. It allows participants to take pride in helping their community as well as being able to look around and seeing what a difference their efforts can make. We look forward to seeing everyone on April 1st! If you have questions please message the event host or Town of Bath.
